After forty-five days of employment, you may hire one of our technical temporaries direct on your payroll, free of charge. Unlike other technical contract/temporary services, we do not charge a fee for early conversion onto your payroll. Omega also offers free Drug, Alcohol, and Criminal Background checks for all technical temporary employees.
